Capital Project Leadership
Major capital projects are complex, involving many collaborators and thousands of key decisions. Our role is to provide guidance to project leaders on such things as: project organization, finding the right architects, engineers and contractors; approaches to selecting and contracting with these entities; determining the best project delivery method; developing public-private partnerships; acting as a sounding board on matters of design and construction; and, perhaps most important, promoting an atmosphere of collaboration among team members. We provide these services as Client Advisors, Owner’s Representatives, and Program Managers.
Management Consulting and Coaching
From time to time leaders in professional service firms can benefit from another point of view from someone with deep experience who has been there before. Areas where we provide strategic guidance include: business planning, change management, dispute intervention, financial performance assessments, leadership and individual coaching, meeting facilitation, mergers and acquisition management, project evaluation and audit, and succession and business continuity planning.
